Luzinde Koen

Hello,I am a Registered Counsellor dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, adults, and couples through life's challenges. I believe that every person deserves a safe, compassionate space where they can feel heard, understood and supported.

My approach is warm, practical and client-centred. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties or personal growth, I work alongside you to help build resilience, insight and meaningful change. I offer both in-person and online counselling services and strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable, respected, and empowered.

Outside of my counselling practice, I enjoy keeping active and spending time outdoors. Whether I'm playing golf, enjoying a game of padel, or going for a hike, I value activities that help me recharge and maintain balance. I strongly believe that self-care is not a luxury but a necessity. By taking care of my own wellbeing, I am better able to hold space for others and provide the support, presence, and compassion they deserve.

As a healthcare practitioner, I also believe that personal and professional growth is a lifelong journey. I am committed to continually developing both my self-awareness and my professional competence. Through ongoing training, professional development, and staying up to date with current research and best practices, I regularly expand my knowledge and skills to ensure that I provide the highest standard of care and support to my clients.
